Under the bill (Reg. No. 2380a), spiritual educational institutions have the right to conduct educational activity majoring in (specialty) “Theology”; train specialists of other religious specialties without receiving license; initiate postgraduate and doctoral courses and establish specialized academic councils according to their statutes (provisions) in the order approved by their religious centers (administrations).
The bill stipulates that higher spiritual educational institutions can conduct educational and scientific activity in other branches of knowledge and train specialists of different qualifications, according to the law “On Higher Education”.
